Thank you for shopping with K’s Shoes. All prices on the K’s Shoes website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, if an item is purchased and is not available at the time of dispatch, your order will be refunded.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We will dispatch all orders within two business days from the date of purchase and orders will be delivered within 2 – 6 business days after our confirmation email. Shipping Rate: $9.99 (NZD). We do not provide combined shipping.

All orders will be delivered using NZ Post. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the Track & Trace reference number for your package and you will be able to track the delivery of your package by clicking on the tracking number in the email.

*Please note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

CLICK & COLLECT

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (AU)

All orders will be delivered using NZ Post and delivered within 7 – 15 business days after our confirmation email. Shipping Rate: $25.00 (NZD). We do not provide combined shipping. 

You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/fees that may occur when your order enters an international country.
