Thank you for shopping with K’s Shoes. All prices on the K’s Shoes website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment is made through Stripe.
While we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, all orders are subject to availability and on occasion, the stock level showing on the website may be incorrect. If an item is purchased and is not available at time of dispatch, your order will be refunded.

All orders will be delivered using NZ Post or Its Contractors / Courier Post to the address in your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including the Track & Trace reference number for your package. You will be able to track delivery of your package by clicking on the tracking number in the email.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, you will receive a ‘card to call’, advising you that the products have been returned to their premises. In that case, please contact them to rearrange delivery.
Your order should be sent within two working days from the date of your order and delivered within three to ten working days after our confirmation email that your order has been shipped, (subject to customs clearance and payment of duty/tax if any applicable). If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us using the contact page on our site or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For us to help you quickly, please include your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, K’s Shoes does not provide Refunds.
However all full priced purchases can be exchanged within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Shoes must be in original condition and in their box.
You will be responsible for postage costs for the exchange.
Purchases made online can also be exchanged in-store.
If you are unhappy with the sizing you have selected from our website we are happy to exchange the shoes for another size where available. If you are unsure of what size is required, please give us a call to speak with a friendly team member who will be able to help you. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we are more than happy.
In order to make an exchange (subject to availability) please email us on email@example.com stating your reason for exchange and what you are wanting to exchange to along with your order number from your receipt.

Shoes must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility will be made. We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
