ONLINE PURCHASES

Exchanges & Returns

All full priced online purchases can be returned online or in-store. We will happily provide an exchange, issue a store credit or a refund for full priced purchases onlyAll sale and clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To make an exchange (subject to availability) / receive a store credit or a refund, please return the footwear with the returns form within 7 days of receiving your purchase and ensuring exchange and return requirements are met below: 

Exchange & Return Requirements
  • Footwear was purchased at original retail price
  • Footwear must be returned within 7 days (Domestic Returns) & 30 days (International Returns) from the order delivery date
  • Footwear must be in their original condition and in their box
  • All sale and clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged 

Please note, if your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

All returns must include a completed Returns Form, otherwise, they will not be processed. We highly recommend using a track and trace delivery option as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit.

For all exchanges (subject to availability) – a shipping fee will be required for delivery: 

New Zealand Nationwide: $9.99 

Australia Nationwide: $25.00

 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Please allow up to seven business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email. 

 

STORE CREDIT

  • The store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the store credit then an additional method of payment will be required for the remaining balance.
  • If the store credit is more than the purchase amount, the remaining balance will be held till the expiry date. 
  • The store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • The use of the store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

 

FAULTY

Shoes must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility will be made. We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ksshoes.co.nz.
